I love this truck top to bottom. Looks like your department really wanted to get the max out of this unit while not having to rely on a full crew. This seems simple, but having 2 booster reels is nice to see. Easy to operate, quick to deploy, and 1 firefighter can handle the 1" line without needing back up. We always had lots of trash, grass, and brush fires next to the street, or within 150' of the truck and hated over the years watching booster reals taken off the trucks. Pulling up on a 100'x200' grass fire on the side of the interstate, pulling a 1 3/4 hand line, lots of extra work and not as quick as having booster reels. By the time the crosslay is pulled off, straightened out, charged, a booster reel has the fire out already. I'm seeing more and more new units adding booster reals back on the engines. Great to see. I'd really enjoy seeing a video with all the warning light on. Very curious how the new Whelen Rota Beam LED light bars look on the bigger units. Great idea, can't wait to see it live. All in all great unit. Hope to see it in action very soon.
