20세기 피아노 음악의 걸작으로 평가되는 작품으로 19세기 프랑스 낭만주의 시인인 베르트랑의 산문집 '밤의 가스파르, 렘브란트와 카로 풍의 환상시집'에서 영감을 얻어 작곡된 곳. 기이함과 환상, 환각의 미로 해석되는 베르트랑의 작품세계를 음악으로 표현.

정말 훌륭한 연주다. 멜로디 하나하나 서사와 감성의 균형이 이루어지는 미묘한 중도에서 춤추고 있다.

I like serenity on the face of this great Master, while playing. And i like the way his hands move. Such a great Master. People of Corea must be proud of him. I watch video like this and i feel desire to go to my piano and do my little exercises. Greetings from Lucio 68, from Rome Italy

개인적으로 라벨의 밤의 가스파르 물의요정을 좋아해서 여러 피아니스트의 버전을 들었는데 백건우씨의 연주는 제가 들었던 버전 중에서 세 손가락안에 꼽을 수 있어요 섬세한 표현이 느껴져서 정말 좋네요 ㅠㅠㅠ

@@heb612 저도 라벨의 음악을 오래동안 들었지만 세 손가락 안에 드네요 백건우 포고렐리치 미켈란젤리 인 것 같습니다. 그 외에도 우수한 연주로는 아르헤리치 그로스베너 페를레뮈터 로르티 마이어(Meyer) 등이 있습니다

He gives the illusion Ravel wanted that this was quiet ly sounding out .This i s remarkably difficult music not ust scarbo but ondine took me a year to play "silently ' without all the nervous water rasping sounds taking over .Paik's wrist and pedal are supremely trained to be able to make the music sound this supple and smooth . Melody unhindered all the way through .MASTERFUL!!!

Выдающийся пианист! настолько широкая палитра звучания - от оркестра до одинокой флейты... считаю Kun Woo Paik одним из лучших исполнителей современности! Kun Woo Paik is an absolutely amazing piano player, one of the best!

Low pitches low tone, high pitches high and light tone- he knows this and does it. Girl players makes this unknown and make the music girl music - and less pedaling more pedaling is unknown to them - knowing the pedaling amount and rubato degree is the POINT
