I believe poch is perfect for a young side that still shows immaturity but is growing and improving over the season. Its clear the young players like poch and this is essential for a team that needs positive support and confidence. Gallagher is imo their best and most complete player.

Emphatic interview responses Poch! It is almost like he is creating a siege mentality of us vs them, and in the 'them' category, I would add the sporting directors and owners too. It is absolutely ridiculous about this rumors popping up about other managers being talked to tbh!

Pochettino started the season with fear (if we started the season with palma as attacking midfielder i think we should have been in top 4) pochettino problem is that 3 midfield, just play a creative midfield, we didn't beat 19 and 20 because pochettino was playing Gallagher as 11 (how can you play Gallagher as a winger and you want to be in top 6 of epl)

Even when he wins they still won't give him credit. When players play badly, miss chances, they blame him . One of the problems at the moment is some of the fans, who make a difficult situation worse. Like the expression goes, who needs enemies with "friends" like this?

Look, it is a game. It is spursy Spurs. And whoever is dishing it out to KZfaqrs here and using words I would necessarily use or approve of, be extremely careful. We are all in the comments section. Pochettino is full of garbage excuses. A team doesn't have to be rife with geriatrics to do well. Fulham has a lot of old players but they are not necessarily doing well. Every one who wears that jersey is a professional regardless of age. If you the coach out of mediocrity keep saying we are a young team and all of that confidence sagging statements, what do you want the players to do? Look at Rodrigo at Madrid, Adeyemi, Musiala, Ian Maatsen, Barcola, Foden, etc. They are all young but are delivering the goods. I don't want to hear it.
