I think Starbucks knew exactly that these cups are intended for cold beverages including iced coffee. These hosts are clearly saying dumb opinions just to slam demographics that collect these collectible cups. Once they hit the stores chances are you can’t find them anymore or just be there for a certain amount of time since it’s a seasonal theme every release that’s why their value increases over time. These certainly are aimed for adults who can obviously pay using their own money that they earned working so I simply don’t get the hate on both of the hosts when they compare these sustainable cups over beanie babies. 🙄😑

I absolutely love their tumblers. No other company makes tumblers even close to as pretty as Starbucks does. Nobody is throwing their older one away when they get a new one. Wtf. 😂 Plus they are only $20 in stores. If you’re dumb enough to pay $200 that’s on you. They don’t sell out as fast as people think. They are around long enough to buy one. There’s a Starbucks on every corner. And in every grocery store and Target.

my mom also had a starbucks cup that she sold for 200 dollars. it was the clear one. pretty cool!

I'm sorry, but I agree with those two hosts, even though those cups are very beautiful, I was disappointed to learn they couldn't be used for both hot and cold drinks plus not dishwasher safe, just not a lot of use for the price other than looks and name.

There’s some vacuum insulated tumbler cups that can be used for cold and hot drinks

and you CAN put iced coffee, lattes, soda, water, juice, etc and that is what I drink, my hot coffee goes in a big mug.

They want to pay $200 for that cup because she has it and because of who she is but these cups so far are still available today the 15th there are more cups coming out and there's another release date for November however some do go for a lot of money the prettiest cups are in Taiwan and Japan and Indonesia and the Philippines those are the ones that fetch a lot of money a lot of us have these cups because we think they're cute. I'm not a collector I don't put a bow on mine and sit it on a shelf I actually drink out of mine and give some as gifts.

Waste of money...not worth it. I've seen better looking and made tumblers. Starbucks coffee is also overrated.

🤣 priceless! $100 for a cup from a over priced coffee shop you can't put coffee in! Classic hood move. 🙄 DENA! You could NOT be more wrong about Beanie Babies! 🤣 My wife had 2 retail floral shops and put those cute stuffed animals in literally thousands of arrangements at no charge. Then they got popular. 😏 So she started charging for them. Then they got HOT and everybody lost their minds! 🤯 I started auctioning off individual Beanie Baby's online at an average of about $1 - 3,000.00 each. 😏 Due diligence is a wonderful thing. 😶 Starbucks sucks.

They aren’t $100. They are $24 with tax which is more than reasonable given they could sell them for $50 and people would still buy them. You can put iced coffee in it. If you like hot coffee buy a hot coffee tumbler. Lots of people, including me, don’t like hot coffee.
