Ingredients:
The Filling
250g Gram dal (channa)
1 TSP Turmeric Powder
1.5 L water
1 TSP Cumin Powder
Salt
The Dough
500g All Purpose Flour
355 ml lukewarm dal water (a little more or less maybe needed)
5 TBSP of oil
Salt
1 cup of flour (to flour the surface when rolling the dough)
Oil for brushing
