*Ingredients for 12 Merveilles:*
- 200 g of white flour
- 150 ml of water
- A pinch of salt
- One tablespoon of oil
- Oil for frying
*For the chutney:*
- A few coriander leaves
- A few mint leaves
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 green chilies
- 3 red chilies (or use just one type of chili)
- Salt
- (Optional) A bit of lemon juice
