Just a little precision about the feeding and hop-up :
Adjusting the screw of the hop up will solve it. It is because ARES made the hop up flexible, the BB can feed directly from the magazine, they do not want to put a tunnel for BB feeding.
If you see the screw showing from the hop up hole, it means the screw is jamming the hopup’s flexibility.
It is not ideal for shooting, it may lead to over feeding problem.
You have to adjust the screw and make it unseeable, and there will be no problem in feeding.

J'ai reçu le mien aujourd'hui et la mire frontale est de travers sous oublie la vis du hop-up qui n'est pas alignée et la mire arrière qui est aussi légèrement de travers. Je pense qu'il y a du laisser aller chez Ares et le pire c'est qu'il y a un ticket cartonné avec annonçant les fps etc... Donc quelqu'un de chez Ares l'a testé avant et a donc d'office vu l'état des mires.... Décevant surtout vu le prix mais j’attends la réponse d'Ares et de AE

@@Neo035 ma première replique que j'ai achetez en airsoft grâce à toi c'est une stg44 qui m'a coûte 358 euros elle pèse 4 kilos car elle et en bois et en acier que j'ai modernisé à la wolfenstein avec point rouge et silencieux au bout dans 1 semaines je vais cherchez la fois 3 qui sera decalez sur le côté afin de decampez les petit saligaux avec leur gros sniper

The steel is nice, but with all the negatives I still believe a S&T/Snow Wolf K98 with TNT upgrade, SWIT wood kit and a RSM ZF39 is a better choice. You'll have more consistent shots, better accuracy, better range, and a better functioning magazine system with 25 rounds that can all be fired without spilling. Also, the scope can actually be adjusted properly and has the correct closed rings. The ARES offering looks like it's better just for re-enactment.

@@markus.ww2 shooting performance might be able to improve, but it will still have only 14 shots, wasted ammo and an unreliable magazine system. Compared to the 25 shots that can all be fired from the Snow Wolf one. And indeed, funny to see how a lot of people in the community follow the same content creators. How is your K98 holding up?

Je pense qu'avec le kit upgrade de chez TNT studio on aura le Mauser parfait. Sur les réseaux ils ont sorti un test de tir avec kit upgrade qui frôle les 500fps 😳

I now have the Ares, previously had the s&t fully upgraded with TNT parts. For the average airsofter, I'd say the s&t is the better option. Much more consistent, mags are easier to use, trigger is much better. But for WWII airsofters, Ares is definitely the one to go with. Steel and with magazines that actually fit into the pouches!
