Also the vocals in Pandora were excellent but they really just leveled up with this comeback imo, everyone sounds amazing but the girl who does that run each time KILLS it!

There are actual Girls behind The Characters, the same who also Sing. so the Faces you are seeing are the actual Girls and they are being Motion Captured for the Choreo and overall Character Design, so they are basically doing the same Procedure like for a Triple A Game but for a MV in that Case. The Word you were Searching for when it comes to their appearance is uncanny valley (when something that isn't real gets really close to look like something in real Life and you Can't really Tell the difference) which is totally normal for Unreal Engine 4-5 Graphics these Days xD
