Putting some more miles on the X3 while we wait for the last few parts to roll in to start the build. I can'y get enough seat time in this thing, like your own little trophy truck! This is one thing I must own. its better than having a offroader anywhere. its capability is astounding by what I have seen. perfect for what I imagine to do across multiple terrain layout. but an x3 maverick

It seems that a lot of people are switching from the outlaw tire to the sliverback. Some people said it was because the sliverback skimmed better. Is that the only reason for the switch or are there any other factors that make the sliverback and better tire

Just that it's a 570 with the weak ass tires. I've got a King quad 700 with 27" Mud Lite xtr's and it dominates the snow. Pulled my buddy's 900 XP ranger a few times.

top speed stock on an x3 is about 87-88 mph. but for trail riding nobody needs to go that fast.

I'm in the market for a quad, and everyone that I talked to who have owned both say the outlander is better because of one thing, the fenders keep the mud off of you. The renegade apparently doesn't do a good job of it. Otherwise they're almost the same bike. Remember, this is just opinion's that I've heard. I'm leaning toward the outlander because of this.
