A batch of AMAN Academy participants are given a lecture by AMAN president during the creative industry tour. The lecture Center on various topics including the need to be passionately selfless about their commitment to their creative industry growth. These lecture series help them to reset their mindset and to tilt more towards professionalism. The AMAN Academy is co-ordinated by the AMAN global spokesperson Karifest Duchess Onyekaah Esq. Artistes Managers Association In Nigeria (AMAN) has Springboard to Stardom as its mission statement.
