She's basically the god of war in the end, it's hard for me to imagine she would just be a support. I'd imagine her to have incredible physical strength and be a menace in combat. On-field pyro claymore dps but still effortlessly swinging it around as if it weighed nothing, something along those lines. But she'd also have to have some sort of unique mechanic that'd make her stand out from other pyro dps characters as well as be an appropriate representation of the design philosophy of pyro as an element. I have a hard time thinking of what that could be right now that'd actually be new though, but maybe they'll do something with the Night Spirit mechanic that's been floating around.

I'm jst hoping she replaces Xiangling, since off-field pyro DPS is kinda lacking and I despise Xiangling's huge ER% needs :(

What I hope for: 1. Do not be a healer so Bennett will not always be powercrept 2. Be a massive buffer that provides something else other than ATK. Since Bennett already gives 1.2K ATK, which is stupidly unbalancedly high stats wise, I hope she buffs a different thing. Furina already gives massive dmg bonus, so let Mavuika be the Crit DMG buffer that is not restricted to elements (talking about Sara, Gorou, Faruzan and Mika). 3. Though we have so many Pyro DPSs already, I still wish she can be a DPS since "God of War". 4. Please no circle impact, the only weakness of Bennett. 5. Or on the otherhand, please powercreep Xiangling as an off field pyro applicator.

I predict she will be a fusion of Bennett, Xiangling and Diluc: - Buffs for the entire team - Off-Field Damage with 100% uptime - Some alternative mode similar to Raiden's Burst where she can be used as a Main DPS in field. And as a bonus she will probably also have: - Elemental Infusion - Some absurdly useful exploration function similar to Nahida and Furina

I think she would be a C0 supp buffer/offline dps thats gonna powercreep Xianling and Bennet and with C6 will be a very strong Onfield DPS , so the vertical investment will be insane on her.

They already gave bond of life pyro dps to arle, so its hard to think of what they could do with her We do need both a new bennett AND xiangling cause they refuse to give us pyro healers or off field pyro dps/applicators since launch

I'm a little surprised when you spoke on Maveika's travel ability. You didn't simply think of her, leaping into the air and transforming into a Phoenix. Especially since you mentioned catching it in the trailer earlier in the video lol. I imagine she'll fly high above and soar in any any at high speed, but in a downward trajectory like when gliding... 😮😍😮

Just from her design, my personal wish are : catalyst user, her burst will make her hand burst pyro lightsaber (SMT 5 nahobino style) and melt are her go to reaction. I mean almost all Pyro DPS use vaporize. Only Gaming use melt as his main reaction so one more kinda neat.

Or maybe she can be a pyro yelan , like her ult is like klee but doesn’t disappear if she switch out

Ideal for me would be Mavuika would be some kind of Benny-Xiangling combo. So I can free the team comps that have either or both from at least one of them finally. And I don't mind claymore slowness, because they're balanced by a satisfyingly heavy feel to the hits. Granted, that's my playstyle preferences talking. Plus, there's ways to increase attack speed in game that can speed them up should I want them to.

I think the plot twist should be that the real pyro archon is gone and that their children, Bennet and Xiangling were separated at birth like Luke and Leia to protect them … together they are the true pyro archon

I hope she has a similar mechanic as Furina (Pneumosia) where you switch using charged attack. Maybe insane attack buffer (like Bennett) on one side and burst damage (like Xiangling) on another. And since she's the Pyro Archon, I hope she is immune to the frost in Dragonspine.

Personally I think they'll follow the same formula as previous archon. Skill applies element from off field(will probably have a similar level of dps to furina) Ult provides buff If she is a dps unit Then Skill self buffs based on specific conditions Burst does high mv damage

I used to think she would be the first dps archon but it seems now that the dragons are going to fill that slot, so unless her support has to do with the new mechanic i think theres a good chance she will be the yelan of pyro.

God I hope so. I love Bennett as a character but I'm tired of playing with him and circle impact. I hope we get a Xiangling replacement as well.

One of my favourite concepts is that the Pyro Archon's kit will be a "feast or famine" playstyle. Some have speculated that she'll give massive ATK (or other offensive) buffs at the cost of sacrificing HP and DEF, making units glass cannons. Furina kind of already does this, so I wouldn't expect it this theory too much. Another version was that she'll create a damage metre of sorts that you have to keep up to receive a buff or else something negative will happen.

My speculations for her kit… She will use a claymore and be a main dps and off field dps. Her skill will turn her into a phoenix that will work like yelans skill. When she turns back from being a phoenix off field pyro damage will be done to enemies. Her burst will drop an archon nuke and the triangle markings in her hair will glow. THESE ARE NOT LEAKS JUST MY SPECULATION!!!

I hope she buffs universally Like she can buff atk, def, and hp depending on what the character’s main stats are built upon

if you have any concerns about her being a claymore user i have 2 reasons not to worry: Eula(from release, the single biggest nuke in the game), Navia(she made geo good). and neither of them are even archons ;) i'd imagine she'd have to be great for probably all reactions, considering the rainbow of elements we saw in the trailer, opening natlan with rumored to potentially be one of the top hydros in the game, then a dendro rumored to like burning, 2 cryos, some geos, she's the only one i can recall from the trailer that can be pyro wielding, unless i missed someone in addendum i'd like to say i feel/guess she may be potentially designed to give an absurd buff to reactions as well as be a good on field driver since it seems all archons seem great as support but still usable on field

It's like how you don't pronounce "Vary" as Ver-Rai but Veh-Ree) Citlali is not See-Tah-Lee but Sit-Lah-Lee As for kit predictions, leaks have already confirmed her as a Claymore user. Kachina is 4* Geo Polearm, Kinich is 5* Dendro Claymore, Mualani is 5* Hydro Catalyst, Xilonen is Geo Sword, Chasca is Cryo Bow, Ororun is Bow, Citlali is Cryo Catalyst. Since Inazuma, the first artifact set of every region has always been the Archon's Best-in-slot. The leaked sets are: Set 1: Increases damage and boosts critical rate by consuming Night Spirit. Set 2: When a team member enters Night Spirit state, it restores energy and triggers a reaction that increases damage for the character. My guess based on the artifact sets is, she's going to be the first C0 hypercarry Archon with the longest/biggest Night Spirit meter across all Natlan characters. I believe she won't replace Bennett directly, maybe she'll be like Furina was with Xingqiu, just a different option. And I'm 100% sure she won't be on-field but rather off-field support like all the other Archons.

I highly doubt she will be an on fielder since pyro is the most competitive element when it come to on fielders, no matter how strong she would be she would just be another strong pyro carry and players can easily justify skipping her

I think main dps is possible here considering we are almost end gsme with schnezniyah and khenriah (sry for bad spelling) she would be amazing against the snowy cryo region. I personally think we will be fighting the cryo archon next year and that archon will be one of the last units in 6.x

Bennett is still the only sword for pyro so I’m praying she will be sword (plus they’re getting creative with making new weapons like an axe claymore so they can just make a badass sword for her somehow) plus we have plenty of pyro claymore, and arguably none of them are great because of how slow and clunky claymores are

Assuming Mavuika isn’t the familiar, I would hope she’ll be good at all the Pyro reactions (Vaporize, Melt, Overload, Burning, and Burgeon). We don’t need her to be the supreme Pyro DPS; the element’s problem is its glut of DPS units. Hopefully she’ll be a dual support/DPS like Raiden. Hmm, all 3 supports (Bennett, Thoma, Dehya) are sustains of some sort, to take an HSR term. The best offense is a killer defense?

juice biggest fan first i feel if she is a buffer she will just complement the kid like yelan xingqui. where her benny like you say making her melt imo would be the best hoyo never tried tried with melt its just been a thing some units could. pyro has always been the element about containing power and unleashing it meaby a better take on deyha where she store a ton of dmg like basicly uncapped then unleashing it to nukes that makes every current nuke we have in the game seem like a unike kit whilst potentialy being powerfull plus it would fit her personality and theme of hosting a tournameeeent arc

Mavuika dream kit imo would be: Offield sub dps with huge attack scalings and an atk buff. Hoyo likes to balance their characters a certain way like how Furina has slow hydro application and needs a healer. For Mavuika it'd be no healing, maybe interruption resistance instead and slower pyro app than Xiangling. It'd make melt set ups easier. I think she'll do waaaaaay more damage than Xiangling but have a lower atk buff than Bennet. Weirdly enough I still think Bennet would be a good teammate for her but not as necessary as with Xiangling. Only time will tell, already decided to C2 her.

No clue but I'm liking the design. A full grown woman with a loud confidence to contrast Raiden's more quiet deadliness. But we have to remember that they also base personalities and powers on the lands these regions are based on. Just based on her personality in the trailer, I think she gives heavy Main DPS vibes. She’s so confident in her abilities and she is the god of war, I just don’t think she’s going to be an off field buffer like Bennett (plus we just got an archon that does that exact thing). I think she will be the best dedicated DPS among the archons and will be able to buff/ sustain herself (like an army of one or something)

There’s no way she would just be another straight damage buffer she would have to bring something else especially since Bennett and Xiangling are so prevalent. If anything it would be cool if she reduced skill cooldowns and increase skill damage maybe some extra attack speed or something. The race car suit would fit the faster skill spams and attack speed.

My only hope is to get finally a pyro limited 5 stars who is not a on field dps ! Finally in 5.2, we can get maybe the first and only pyro off field limited 5 stars. If she is a on field dps, I will be so disappointed. I just feel if they don't release any news pyro sub dps or support, pyro teams have no evolution compare to others teams except Hu Tao because she doesn't need a pyro support/sub dps. Why pyro is the only element in the game with only dps limited 5 stars and 0 off field ? I know everyone wants her to be off field dps because we hate xiangling. but personally I hope they put that kind of kit on a character whos appearance sucks like that thing with the cubone skull.
