Ok idk the zack randolph details, and I’m not a weedsmoker or a lawyer, so correct me if I’m wrong, but the whole “with intent to sell/distribute” thing seems nonsense if you have like a lil bag and you’re like 30gr over the limit, which to my understanding, the allowed amount is already a tiny amount… I feel like the law should be that they have to prove you were gonna sell or were abt to sell to prove ‘with intent to sell’ otherwise that bag could just be for you… unless you got a warehouse full of bags, but that’s a dif story… like snoop dogg is not gonna roll around with a lil tiny ass bag of weed, he prolly smokin a whole ass suitcase a day, but I’m pretty sure he ain’t sellin weed out of car on the corner!
