The mines are useless without the trains. Else the villager will walk out of it, deliver the thing. Go to the keep, then go back to the mine. The trains make the villager stay in the mine all the time.

I disagree. The mines are the better option because it’s consistent and the workers only go to the keep when they are changing jobs or when they are making room in their stockpile for more resources. It takes far to long for geologists to find resources to make it worth it in the long run. The fact that there is a decent chance that you may not get any useful resource at all makes it that much worse of an option. In this case consistency = efficiency, which the geologist lacks quite a bit of.

I don't think the workers do any useful prioritising so activating all the job slots on every building probably slows down what you need. Also the gate upgrade in the castle is not useless. It adds a space above the bridge that you can move the archer to and then fit another unit.

What I found with the geologist is that you should put the flag the closest to the building location because the biggest problem ist the walking distance. Which also means using a spot close to searchable land helps a lot. They can also repeatedly search the same spot and find other things.

The hunter with the fishing hut is really powerful. If at the start of the day no animals have spawned yet, the hunter will go to the fishing hut if both are active, then go back to hunting since an animal will have spawned by then. I’ve easily fed 4 units and gotten a few of them to level 6-7 using that combo.

Hope sifd reads this, hunter is also useful for clearing the useless bramble bushes the geologist finds (sifd keeps thinking it is food)

i think switching you tank over to the left on the 2nd run caused you to lose. it looks like when you move your unit the lose any built up shields and HP they had. when you moved your tank, it looked like he lost at least 70 HP and some shielding.

I so hope he puts out an early access sooner than later. if nothing else is added, unlimited days.. getting harder.. even if just same mobs for now.. Also updates almost every day.. but almost never posts anything about the changes.. (so sad) love this game so far.. after watching you play.. I have to go play a few more rounds. can not stop it

I loved it when I had double workers and resources, but it only lasted for one day and now it's gone. I don't enjoy playing it now as I realize how miserly and frustrating it is without that boost.

i dunno what the bug is, couse I start with completly different values than you have, and the "choice" from the obelisk values arealso different. (I suspect, that the unlocked ressorces on the map, is still a thing, and the obelisk is in adition to that, itis the only way I can get my starting ressorces to add up) Also, if you have less workers asigned, than your max total, then the one who is not asigned to a job, acts the same as the horse, aka carries ressorces around and back to the castle

The geologist can just be left in place. It does not "find" so much as "create" with a small chance of creating stone, gold or berry bush around the red flag.

use the gate since the gate is a new spot but its at the bridge between the walls its great for the death priest since his dead zone (the zone where he can no longer fire) is where the units are, i can't confirm with the towers but still the gate is great

The death priest can go on the gate slot? I thought only archer type could.

@@mattm8870 anyone could go on the gate but their usefulness is little (also the fact they have been updating it very rapidly may be a factor

I feel like the insanely random shots of the archer are really bad. If each level increased his likelihood of aiming at an ACTUAL THREAT...that would be nice.
