So I watch a lot of advertisements so I can level up faster. Build the others arsenal, logistics and defense so that everyone is at the same level

do you have the new beta version? If so, then it stays that way. if not then you will get it later only 50% have the new version

I’m playing on iPhone and I’m not sure at what level the base outlook changed but I was able to upgrade until I got to this level. I am ranking up tho’ no biggie. Thanks
