'lol' You sound obvious marketg for HDFC. Don't title it as comparison video. But thanks for this video, based on your discussion I felt Max ranks the first and I'm going on a 2cr term cover till 70yrs with 10Lk critical and waiver of premium. Max Smart Total Elite Protection Term Plan

It is great to see how Ditto is educating new bees like us, but there are some things that I feel Ditto should explore or give suggestions for non-partnered insurance entities as well. Although I understand that this impacts your business objectives, wouldn't it be fairer to have a comparison with all major players in the market and then let each individual decide which one is the best? The companies, like Bajaj / SBI / Tata, have a large share of the insurance market and have a long history in the industry. Ditto should also quickly onboard these players.

But service wise, HDFC is way better.... if someone gives low ratings for a service request.... they will call back for the reason... this is something I would appreciate

Amount settlement of HDFC is even below 90%.. it is around 87.3% .. not acceptable & creates doubt 🤔
