Is this meant to be a translation of the Hokuto Face Breaking Fist? Because Merciful Execution sounds better in English than the direct translation.

in asian countries that "face break" means also means "laugh"(laugh that looks like face breaked). I think "mercyful execution" is more like it's meaning

Was looking forward to using this one but it doesn't seem merciful at all. They seem to be in a lot of pain.

According to the lore of the series instead of feeling pain as their dying they are in a state of euphoria hence why its called merciful.
