For this 'Year Of The Rat' video part Max and his brother Chuck (aka Anonymous Elder) decided to create a custom soundtrack rather than just finding a preexisting song and editing the skating to it. Looking at Max's footage they picked a few beats that Chuck had made over the years and created a sound design that would weave in and out of the tracks, using pre-recorded sounds as well as bits from some of the actual skate clips. The result is pretty weird and unpredictable but also quite hypnotising. Kind of like Max's skating really...

Yeah! Max feets pretty well in this ace team. Liked his footage in "Sure" when he rides indy with soft doh-doh. And now he rides in ace team along with cool dudes like Matt Rodriguez. Also enjoyed that self producted soundtrack with some reaggae/dub vibes in the middle. This dude was, is, and always will be awesome!

Law Of Palmer (2020): If a spot (x) is perfect for landing easy and hard tricks (a; b; c;...3a; 3b; 3c), then Max will necessarily land an unexpected/mind-blowing trick ( ∛x³+∜y²) overshadowing the ones listed before.

FINALLY! 2:47 spot is right by my job. I pass it a hundred times a week and I always wondered why I have never seen a clip from there. Now if he went to the right of that little wall after the FS boardslide, instead of getting switch-shuv pitched, there is a sick little over wall gap to the sidewalk. And there are parking blocks right before the low wall gap that I would love to see someone end a line by no-complying over the gap. Next time Max.

@@odeswarms Corner of Queens Blvd. and 58th street in Woodside Queens. Also a perfect little 8 step rail there with a drop on one side. Backside for regular. Also good wallride down the steps spot. But the double sided ledge he skates is super perfect and buttery. Also... Probably a nighttime only spot.
