I admit that if not for Smash Ultimate, the Nintendo presentation would've ranged from lackluster to meh. Smash Ultimate really carried it though, so I feel it about evens out to Nintendo not winning best presentation, but definitely best overall single game.

A roster of over 65 characters if you include the echo fighters. It really makes me wonder the possibility of all the DLC characters since they won't need to fill up those slots for returning characters anymore. ARMS, Fire Emblem Three Kingdoms and Pokémon gen 6 DLC characters will definitly be included eventually, but looking at the potential of the third party characters, this roster could potentially become the best roster of any fighting game. Also let's not forget that Smash Ultimate will profably be supported througout the Switch's entire lifespan, so I would not be suprised if Smash Ultimate ends up with a roster of 100 characters.

so my predicitons for future characters, Raymen (because Rabbits and Mario ubisoft and Nintendo are closer than ever) Dante (great promotion for the upcoming Devil May Cry 5) Doom Slayer (Bethesda has been extremely supportive of the switch) King K Rool A character from the upcoming fire emblem (because Nintendo always promotes an upcoming fire emblem game with a character in Smash whether we like it or not) Maybe make Grey Fox a character instead of an assist trophy

i was already planning on getting a switch for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate alone. But now i see many more reasons to buy a switch.

Daemon X Machina is made by the producer of Armored Core 2 and 3, the mech designer for Armored Core, the character designer from Fire Emblem Awakening, and I believe the director from Monster Hunter Stories and a composer from Soul Calibur. So lots of pedigree behind it.

Nintendo's E3 was exactly in the middle because it was heavily aimed towards the Smash & Pokemon Audience. They showed some cool third and even first party games and I like that because DxM looks pretty cool and an Online Mario Party is just what the doctor ordered. The fact that Fire Emblem actually involves armies of more than 10 people is very thematic as well. If you were a smash player you're pretty fucking lit right now, but if you aren't you're essentially left out to dry wondering how that Yoshi game's going or whether or not Animal Crossing and Pikmin's deader than the 80's. I'd put it above EA and Ubisoft, maybe tying with Sony but below Microsoft and Bethesda. It's just an opinion, a KZfaq Opinion.
