what I love about this guy, is that he did not take the "efficient shortcuts" speedrunners usually do. He moves as similar to the video as he can. which I believe would give him the benefit of exercising his body, making him physically healthy while playin games

Well if it helps, most arcades should have the newer Konami game “Dance aROUND” which is pretty much Just Dance but Originals and Bemani songs. The full dance of this song is included on MASTER mode.
