The content is good and explained in a clear concise manner. The only problem is the constant focusing and de focusing of camera is very disturbing and strains the eyes too much.

Explanation is excellent but sir you mentioned in second test tube add DMS that is incorrect.In second test tube add formic acid and piperidine only not DMS

You said that the chemicals cleaves before each base. So when the first T is cleaved at 5 prime end only phosphate is left so how we will read this from the gel?

How Will we know first base is thymine...if we remove phosphate from thymine it is not radioactive..it will not show in autoradiography...

Sir i think there is no need of cutting DNA with restriction enzymes before denaturation of DNA bcoz in denaturation the DNA will itself divided into two pairs in which both will have radioactive 32P .
