For real, this is just the Wither Storm's fifth state. After the Formidibomb is activated, the Wither Storm and the scientist will both die, but the Wither Storm will just go into a deep sleep, with its heads crumbling apart. Once a mob activates the command block on its belly, it will come back to life again and become 3x stronger than before, which is the sixth stage. You then use a crossbow to destroy one of its eyes and fit an ender pearl inside the crossbow, and pearl inside the Wither Storm, and kill the Command Block using the Command Sword.
