It looks nice but having a murphy bed and a couch that pulls out into a Queen bed within a few feet doesn't to me make sense I also would have liked to see a better design solution for eating area and or desk like a coffee table that raises and expands.

Hmm I don’t think I agree with you in terms of furnishing such a small space and getting that kind of return back. That property seems better suited for air bnb not as a long term rental. I do like how you furnished the place as studios for me are not a layout I would consider for myself or as an investment.
