The Indian Association of Investment Professionals (IAIP), the India Society of CFA Institute, was established in Apr 2005 as an association of local investment professionals consisting of portfolio managers, security analysts, investment advisors and other financial professionals.
As one of the over 140 CFA Institute member societies, the IAIP connects local CFA Institute members to a global network of investment professionals. For the continuing up-gradation of knowledge and skills of members, IAIP conducts speaker events, workshops led by leading finance professionals.

Can someone please explain the example Sanjay sir has given between 23.00 to 30.00 in a simpler way?

Consider a bicycle company for example. In its initial years, there won't be any earnings. But somewhere down the line, you expect the company to make some money. If expect the company to grow for 10 years, based on your return expectations, you can arrive at MCap at that time and reasonable earnings. You can reasonably predict the Sales number and volume of cycles to be sold. Say for example, the number says that you have to sell 100 crore cycles in India. One can conclude that it is impossible for a company to do so and hence the company is overvalued.
