3 arms - preferably use arms to lock uki to your body but if you do need to pull with your arms pull into your body not across.
Use arms to lock ukis arm or head to your body
Don’t pick people up drag them down
If pulling with your arms pull into your body
Keep upright posture until you are ready to throw.
