The videos in the Georgia Workers Compensation Video Series reference the workers' compensation laws and rules that apply to Georgia workers' compensation claims. If you are dealing with a workers' compensation claim in a different state, be sure to consult with an attorney who handles workers' compensation claims for that state.

They stopped my wage and medical benefits, i wasn't given a disability rating Bc my attorney wasn't working with my WC doctor, so i had to hire another attorney, i didn't know i needed to ask for disability rating until i just heard you say it. I am in Louisiana, my new attorney is in the process of filing a suit against WC, insurance company Bc they stopped my benefits, i didn't even get a notice, my old attorney didn't notify me about the stoppage, please advice me and thanks in advance. I have been subscribed to your channel for over a year , you provide great support and info

If you have a current attorney representing you in your workers' compensation case, you should get advice from them. They know about all of the specifics of your particular case. Also, each state has different workers' compensation laws. If your claim is being handled as a Louisiana workers' compensation claim, different laws and rules would apply.
