He's not eating that catfood. You can make sandwich wraps with the tortillas. And you said you get hummus- that is what you spread hummus on to make a middle eastern sandwich. You could probably put a little of that Melinda's hot sauce or a little finely cut up jalapeno on the hummus and rehydrated onion flakes, and some dried parsley if you had it, before folding it into the tortilla to make a sandwich. If you have a fresh veggie like carrot, a piece of lettuce or tomato slice, add that also. If you have other kinds of cooked beans mash those up the same way and make a healthy Mexican burrito- type, or vegetarian-type sandwich. sandwich

Well I don't know where the hell you worked but I worked in corrections in east Tennessee for 8 years and I can confirm,our food absolutely sucked! We're talking spoiled milk,mold flecks on bread for lunch sandwiches, nasty pancakes with no syrup, dried oatmeal, once a week all they got was something called soy loaf! Mish mashed stews! It was gross! I had better food,eating m.r.e's in the army!

i just saw carbs for breakfast, like the worst kind of stuff. 2slices bread in the morning and evening, a meal with enough veggies and protein and cup of tee or instant coffe and maybe a veggie/fruit snack or joghout i would be fine. give me the basic to stay healthy and the opportunity to work for snacks like doritos etc.
