It was never specified that the requirement would be the main ingredient, you can't make a dish that it's not a dessert with chocolate being the main ingredient.

Amazing video max! Also im pretty sure the reason the ice cream machine didnt work is because there was slightly too much alcohol in the base, adding alcohol to liquid can dramatically lower the temperature it freezes

I’ve tried using liquor with making fresh ice cream, but I think it’s due to the alcohol content that it won’t ever freeze. Like all liquors, they never freeze but stay cold. But I liked the idea and design for your baked Alaska!
