I keep rewatching episode 3 -the scene from the party onwards just gives me life. Every classic cheesy romantic trope, but executed with depth, originality and heart. I keep replaying the scene of them dancing to the Weekend. From their shifting expressions, somewhat awkward dance moves, sexual tension, joy in each other - it feels so authentic and real.

The English dub is shitty. Normally I watch everything in English cause the German dub is bad and they make mistakes when they translate it so some parts of the story changed or got lost. In this case it's the same only the languages are switched. This is the moment I'm happy that I'm German and understand everything in the original.

lacrosse is THE private school sport. I actually had scholarship to a private high school after being in public for elementary and middle. We had football, basketball, soccer etc... but our lacrosse teams (men and womens) were the elite.

No BC this show was so good I mean as someone who currently studies at Cambridge (+my sister's at Oxford) I was all the way sat. Like I remember the anxiety of references and interviews etc esp since I've also been a student helper for incoming interviewees etc. I never went to private school but I can imagine them making as big a deal of this as maxton hall does lol

The James character has swag, the way he walks, dresses, etc. The chemistry between the 2 main is top-notch. That teacher/student relationship is not as romantic as they are trying to potray. YUCK

As a person who's taken acting and theatre classes, I have to insert some unwarranted facts 😂It's not always a person's choice what age bracket they want to read for. A 26 year old may naturally act (tone, use of emotions, etc.) teenage-esque, and have to be cast as someone 16 or 17. People who are teenagers may not understand the emotional depths it takes to convey these hard topics (or at least sell them to an audience). It's why you see people like Zendaya who's almost 30 acting in a teenage role like Euphoria, she presents as youthful but is an experienced actress.

All the scenes are so bland with the dubbing I can’t😭😭 also a quick search should have helped you on putting the original audio or even just trying to see which one fit on the actor’s lips💔💔

I LOVE this show!!! I just binged watched it two or so days ago. I 100% ship Ruby and James! They’re soooo cute together. But also James in the first couple eps. or so I’m like dude calm down. Gotta love a good enemies to lovers trope! I feel like this show actually did the trope correctly. But also at the same time it’s bothers me Sooo much bc they’d avoid a lot of the stuff going on between them if they just COMMUNICATED!!!!!! Communication is KEY! Also James dad oh boy don’t get me started. But besides that love the show. But why it end with that cliffhanger?! 😭😭 I need season 2 now. Love the videos! You do an amazing job!
