I met Maxwell in person at a meet and greet in 2017 in AC he kissed my cheek I almost passed out.... he is so nice..... I been a fan from 1996 until now and I am 65 years old ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I never would have thought a guy like me growing up on punk, hardcore and metal would be into Maxwell, and of course soul, funk and r&b. Just shows you how life shows you so many things. I'm so pumped to have discovered Maxwell!!! Thank you for the video!!!!

Admirable, skillful, eloquent, stylish, & sophisticated, with a high standard of behavior & undeniable confident swag is the only way to describe this gem of a gem we all call Maxwell! The man extraordinarily illuminates greatness. It's impossible to be in his presence & not be affected & inspired to think, live, laugh, & love better. This all coming from a man with no facade to his persona, whom 100%, & genuinely has absolutely no ego attached to his musical talent & craft. That is Maxwell. Phenomenal experience. You cannot compare him to anyone, because the man is in his own lane, & on his own time schedule... & very much worth the wait! In an industry that is very cut throat, it is easy to lose your self in the decadence of fame. Not so with G.Max! He is one of the very few in the entertainment business, whom is in the industry, but not "of the industry", whom learned early on, the importance of self protection & privacy to control & maintain normalcy in everyday life. He is entitled to that, & deserves the respect of it, with the acknowledgement for the staying power in his career. Truly, Max out did himself here in this performance. Never a bad night when his Caribbean side comes out. Legendary. I am fortunate he is in my lifetime & I get to experience him. He's always in my world. Always in my ear. The man ignites me with his illuminating self & has branded me for eternity with his extraordinary being. Love you all day & night. Take a bow Mr. Rivera & acknowledge the applause.
