in sweden it's litteraly becaus i let you. here they need proof of who the driver was to actualy ticket/arest anyone. so a motorcycle rider or a car driver with mask on can't be punished if they are never cought. even though the license plate is directly linked to the person they still need proof that the owner was riding. so here as long as you can go 250kmh+ you are fine. or hell even if you got a 50cc moped you can still flee by just driving places the police cars can't follow. every 15year old does that shit here xD. if you look for highway 3 on youtube you can find cool videos of swedish people driving audi,s bmws mercedes and even a GXR fleeing from the swedish cops. real cool videos

I had no idea they could caught someone in US, just by the number plate. The benefit with borrowing someones vehicle and passing speed cameras. By law, they should have been arrested for going 20 above the speed limit. 20+ is an instant trip to jail. If he said he knew they were going that fast, but didn't arrest them, he would be fired. If you don’t there’s a good chance you’ll get away if you do you’ll go to jail, get your bike impounded, possibly lose your license, and have your insurance premiums jacked.
