Biggest mistake was not giving Rich Bisachia a chance to be the head coach. Even Aaron Rodgers shouted out Bisachia and said he’s a great coach and should be a head coach.

As a fan, it's hard to not let emotion get to you on the situation with Carr. Felt it was handled poorly. Can only imagine how his actual teammates feel, Crosby obviously sharing some of our thoughts. Raiders had many issues over Carr's career there and I think he did alright with what he was dealt. Really hope he shines somewhere else and gets that shot at a Superbowl.

There are very very few sports franchises (think LA Lakers) who know how to treat their stars. There is a way to run “a business” aka win championships, while still remaining loyal to your guys. The Raiders hired the wrong coach. We all know that. Instead of moving off him, they’re moving off their franchise QB because he don’t fit the system. The “business” decision to make should have been to just admit fault and move on from the coach!

a few years ago? lmao. he was voted the best player in the league by his peers last year because he led the league in every statistical category. this year he was 3rd in yards and 9th in TDs despite sitting out the last game of the year and having the worst rushing attack in NFL history and a bottom 5 o-line, the most drops in the league as well.

The only explanation for what happened in Tampa the last two years is that Brady's play has declined. Had to happen sooner or later. Maybe Arians not coming back as coach had an effect too, but they had pretty much the same weapons as the previous two years, aside from Gronk. So I wouldn't invest in Brady

What did they do besides pay Carr more than 100 million dollars to lose games? They gave him way more time to win than any team gives its QB. This notion that Carr is a victim is hilarious. They guy didn't put enough points on the board. Exactly once in his career he threw for more 30 touchdowns. Since 2014 he's led the 23rd ranked offense. He's not even in the top 15 of scoring during that period. Spare me this heartbreaking spew. The guy had more than his fair share of chances and blew it with performances like the ones vs the Colts, Rams, and Steelers. In those games he was flat out played by bums

I did security at patriots games and a handful of times I was in the presence of brady. (Not even a pats fan) and till this day it was the only time I felt starstruck and was like holy shit that is Tom Brady and you can feel the energy around you. Carr was working with an imploded offensive line and he was running constantly from QB pressures. Miller only solid. A good quarterback will be feeling the same pressures and bottom line Mcdaniels has to go and the owner has made terrible choices in hires.

Nah. It’s a mutual thing normally. The organization most likely didn’t want Carr to be a distraction because of genus there, then you have players chirping to put Carr back in. It’s not the first time it’s happened and it won’t be the last.

As a colts fan I'm also a raiders fan on the low. Carr had 16 coaches, 56 o.c.'s, he never had a chance. McDaniels record since he got caught cheating look it up. I'm glad he didn't burn my colts to the ground. They doing that themselves.

Actually I guess it makes total sense for us to make a stupid move like that! Carr also made the pro bowl this year as an alternate just fyi! He was benched the last 2 weeks but will put on a raider helmet in the pro bowl in a few weeks 😂

No matter how you look at it the DEFENSE is a big reason the RAIDERS are moving on from Carr. Had the DEFENSE can keep the opposing teams from scoring so much, and allowing comebacks, well, it would probably be a different story. Just look at the contract the RAIDERS GM gave Carr, their intentions were certainly to keep Carr.

I just hope max, renfrow and Adams all jump ship to a legit franchise. I'm so over the current regime, mcduncials came in and castrated our teams spirit. You'll see week 1 next year the heart that our team played with will be completely gone. We shouldve listened to all those Broncos fans laughing at us. Also no one will ever blow 5 double digit leads ever again. Anyone who is a fan of how this team is being run isn't a raider fan because its clear the motive behind these 'moves' isn't a championship.

Everyone can blame McDaniels all they want. But you'd be ignorant to say that Derek Carr played well last season. He was so dreadful in that last steelers game in particular, the franchise made the right move.
