"Yeha-Noha (Wishes of Happiness and Prosperity)" is a song recorded in 1994 by the German musical project known under the name of Sacred Spirit together with songs like "ly o lay ale loya". It was the first single from the album Chants and Dances of the Native Americans. It was sung by Navajo elder Kee Chee Jake from Chinle, Arizona.

Yes Kristen you are right, I am proud of every tribe, I am Cherokee I go to my hometown in Arizona it’s called Arivaca every winter and that’s when I really get into my Indian music, Because where I live is in the desert and it’s so peaceful and so quiet and that’s the way I love it, glad to meet you Kristen I am the Cherokee from Arivaca Arizona

Although I am not a Native American, this song is so beautiful. I respect all Native origins of this land because you are the true originators of the land. Even though I love America as my country and India as my home origin country, I love the natives as the people who truly understand the significance of life rather than thinking life as a commodity. #respect

I I use to power walk to this beautiful song back in 2009. On July 3, 2010 I was in a large condo fire. There were no fatalities and my unit was the only unit in the building with electricity and untouched by fire and smoke with all windows and doors open!

I used to listen to the original to this song with my parents and siblings years ago....Makes me a little teary eyed to listen to this because now we're not as close anymore and everyones moved away from each other. wish I could go back to those days...

So powerful!! You can hear the beauty in his voice. And it's like you can feel the pain in his voice!! His heart yearns!!! I loved this song as a child and still love it but more now at 30!!! I have 3/4 Portuguese, and the other part Cherokee and Irish. I'm proud of all parts of me, even though I don't know much about my own heritage and cultures. At 50 years old I'm just now learning about my own heritages/cultures. It's so exciting and fun to learn so much about me. It's helped me understand me so much better also. Much love & light always. That is so true Tess, It always and forever will touch my soul, I am a Cherokee that goes home in Arivaca Arizona every winter because I cannot stand Wisconsin in the winter to cold burr, my Indian music I play constantly all the time in the desert in the winter it spreads joy to everybody in our campsite, God bless you and maybe one day in the sky we will meet, when I meet all of my other ancestors that are Cherokee and so on🪶🪶🪶🪶♥️
