Hi Robin. Had somewhat similar quite a while, progressed Sun in 12th, I'm looking at 70th birthday not very far off and told I have to move out (renting). Writing because I had night stress similar to your description & the death stuff. Pluto entered 8th house, Saturn on midheaven. What's helping me manage stress, which is not to be feared or particularly avoided as it is part of life, isnt it... no one escapes that Learn the mindfullness or meditation or box breathing methods or EFT (emotional freedom tapping) - EFT is a daily washing off of accumulated stress to relieve your mind. Its amazing, simple and when I apply myself (slack arsed Pisces here) it actually works. Been so stressy lately I'm doing such things every day now and using the hassle in my life to determine what do I really desire? Purpose & meaning- not this sterile feelings of merely existing. I am a soul with 2 hands to hold, arms to embrace & love to share in meaningful ways. I hope this helps. Helped me, writing back to you ❤ cheers from Australia
