The fires that warmed my life as a child and my adulthood were my deceased relatives Aunt Teresa, her daughter Jane, but most all my paternal grandmother, Mama Ruby! I was named after my mama, Frances Ruby...I never realized what they were doing but I guess I got it because I love God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit with all my heart! Because of the warm fires that surrounded me I know who I am and Jesus and who Jesus is in me! Praise God from whom all blessings come.

Dear Daniel, l am a Baptist by choice, of the sect called Anti-Baptist years ago. I am a teacher also. I was saved in 1974 at the age of 22. I didn't go back to a church service for ten years, nor did l read God's Word. I thought back then, no man is going to tell me anything. I had so much hate in my heart. A saved child of God with so much hate. Lord, Lord! But God had a plan for this rebellious child. 1985, on my knees at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, l said, "O GOD, IF YOU'RE REAL, PLEASE TAKE THIS HATE OUT OF MY HEART!" He did it! Now it's been 35 years, l have read His Word everyday since! Your precious letter from your Grandpa touched my heart. Thank you, God bless you! God has a plan!
