The rest of my garden is lovely at the moment it's my little sanctuary especially right now I love to sit & listen to the bird's , I have a nesting box which is home to a pair of blue tit's & I can hear baby bird's inside chirping away . Lovely video yet again!!! I've just discovered Yorkshire tea decaf bedtime tea. Its nutmeg and vanilla flavoured its lovely!!! And Yorkshire biscuit tea it tastes like tea and biscuits!!! The little tealight holders are adorable. You could put some fairy lights inside too!! I've just discovered a new website, beauty outlet!!! Good afternoon Kate. Love the mug that Mr. C gave you. Beautiful color. He has very good taste! I love the hairband from Anthropology. It looks great with fancy outfits and that color lipstick looks amazing on you. You are one of the blessed people that looks good in any color outfits, dresses and makeup you wear. Think Toby got a creative and a diy gene. I've noticed that when he finds or looks at something, he inspects it from every angle, hence finding the hole in the bottom of the glass candle holder. I like the Nescafé gold blend decaf coffee and I drink it all the time as I have atrial fibrillation and can’t have caffeine and I can’t taste the difference ☕️

I've been loving Loyd's manuka honey, cranberry and ginger red bush tea, it is yummy, you can have it with dash of milk, with lemon,just on it's own, hot or cold. 😊

Hi Kate I have the same problem with coffee and only drink de-caf coffee now with a very occasional caffeine coffee. Watch any cola drink too and chocolate. Love your cup of the day. Keep safexx

I love the cushions and its so funny when you go off camera to fetch something 😂 as i have said before i think that lip colour looks good on you ,if i were you i would blot the gel with tissue and then reapply (stops the colour transferring) You will all have a wonderful day in your garden as it’s Hot ,Hot , Hot 🥵 Enjoy 😊 Xx

Hi Kate. I can’t have caffeine at all as I get palpitations and nausea so I know the weird feeling you’re talking about! I can only drink caffeine free coffee and tea. You may as well stick to the caffeine free as it’s better for you. I noticed you have the same coffee machine as me and you can get decaf pods from Nespresso. If you buy from them they are decaffinated by a natural method. Clipper tea and coffee are also naturally decaffinated. You have to be careful as most companies use chemicals to take out the caffeine which are really bad for you. 👍💕
