It's important to take care of yourself in the fast paced environment. I liked the hair products you used! I color my hair a light golden brown, and use Aussie hair insurance leave in conditioner. Literally just got the metcon 5 after watching your video!! 🚶🏻🚶🏻 You mentioned you wear them only for weight lifting? Are they good for speed walking for jogging? Also reading on the treadmill will make you walk slower. Step it up girl, crank up that music lol 💗
