Thank you for your thorough walk through. I’m taking notes for my setup. I’m hopeful for you with HRT. I’ve been on it for a few years, I’m 53 and started at 49. It was a game changer, it didn’t help me drastically but it brought my sleepy, sweaty, itchy into management.
