Let's find out where Leonardo DiCaprio walked. Sea tour of the Phi Phi archipelago - Thailand Krabi 2023. Beach walk with Ambiance sounds 4K.
In this video we will visit Monkey bay, Viking cave, Pileh Lagoon, Bamboo island, Phi Phi Don island, and of course we will see iconic Maya Bay.
The beach at Maya Bay is one of the most famous and photogenic places in Thailand, and it was the main thing responsible for bringing tourism to Phi Phi island. In fact, it’s now one of the most famous white sand beaches in the world.
Maya bay is OPEN now! After 3.5 years of closure due to over tourism and severe damage to the ecosystem!
Maya Bay is part of Phi Phi Leh island, which is located in the Andaman Sea of Thailand, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) southeast of Phuket and about the same distance from Krabi.
There are six Phi Phi islands in total, with the two main islands being Phi Phi Leh and Phi Phi Don, and they’re all considered part of the Krabi province of Thailand.
Maya Bay was popularized by a Hollywood movie in 2000 called ‘The Beach,’ starring Leonardo DiCaprio. It opened peoples’ eyes to the natural beauty of the Thai islands.

We took the sane tour company October last year. He's the best tour guide. Lots of fun and very friendly crews. 8 hours tour and in the night with plankton swimming

You can visit some other beaches in Thailand which is also beautiful since this Maya beach is crowded. And now Thailand limit the amount of the tourist allowed to visit this beach per day.

Hi) this excursion starts at 12:00 on Phi Phi island and ends after sunset at approximately 19:00. You can start in the morning, but then you won’t see the luminescent plankton.

One word of advice, you need to slow down on the subtitles. Maybe another second or two, then let them fade away. Other than that, I absolutely loved the video.

Spot of Mass Tourism. I was there and it was horrible. Would never ever go there again. Its just insane and kinda sad.... there are so much beautiful islands in Thailand.
