Lukas is a good friend, he could have punched Farkle in the face for asking what he did in that scene, instead he hugged his face. that takes courage, as did Maya's restraint in not screaming at the other boy.

@BusinessMonkeys1 Farkle made a comment about Maya's mom, regarding the fact that her dad left, when she was a little girl. Farkle was told by Lukas, that it was not their business and that Maya's mom was doing the best she could, without a man in her life.
