One of the best interviews....thanks King David and crew. Dingaan is so authentic, I love men like his step dad, I have a friend who also met her strpdad when she was 3, she's 35 today, she sings only praises for that man. I remember the other time 3 yrs ago pur manager gave her a very hard time, she took her phone went outside and called her dad(stepdad) crying, and after that call she took her things and left because her dad said we didn't chase you from home. You'd swear in that moment she'd have called her mother, but no, and the dad didn't disappoint her. She has respect for 1000 lifetimes for her dad....she says this man met me and fell in love with me when I was 3 till today. And oh she knew her biological father was in Soweto, she went to meet him but guy was still not accepting so she said anyway I was not lacking father's love so keep your cold heart. So men like Dingaan's stepdad actually do exist and I wish God can make morr of them. Thx David

The problem with baby mama's is they walk away and regret afterwards. Then they develop a lot of anger, wanting you back when it is no longer possible. She still wants you back, and lives with regrets, disadvantaging the baby in the process.

I grew up in mavimbela section the same section Dingaan's home is situated. I used to see him walking whilst he was an extra on generations and most of the time I will pass him washing his golf, he was an inspiration and a guide on how to handle success. And his young brother Hloni used to visit my home so often without boasting that his brother appears on TV. Wow I'm still glad that nothing has changed and success keeps on rooting it's way❤

These are the type of conversations that need to be had because for the longest of time, black men are always portrayed as failed fathers especially in the media space, so shedding light on those who want to do better even when the odds are seemingly stacked against them brings about another dynamic which is positive.
@KaraboMasemola64089 ай бұрын
I can empathize with Dingaan's perspective, however, it seems that his past traumas have influenced his outlook on the future, much like the belief that marriage is a sacred institution created by God and should be followed according to His guidelines. Personally, I have been married for 5 years and while it certainly has its difficulties, the rewards and joys are remarkable. It is important for individuals to enter into marriage for genuine and heartfelt reasons.

I think bra Dingaan forgot the storyline. Masebobe gave Sonny the lotto numbers and money but Sunny forgot to purchase the ticket. Dingaan saw the numbers and wrote them down then went to purchase the ticket and won. I remember the beach scene clearly. Dingaan said “ah, if only my fans could see me now”. 😂😂😂 Also there was a classic scene where Dingaan accidentally dropped a tomato sauce bottle and some sauce was spilled on his face. Sonny thought Dingaan was seriously injured. Lol it was a funny scene. They both played it well. I think the reason I remember these moments so well is because my sister and my cousin loved the character so much. To this day whenever the topic of what I would do with the Lotto earnings comes up I always think about Dingaan especially when he spent it quietly because he knew if he told his family they would suck him dry.

I have a friend who is going through this child situation and looking from outside youll think he is the problem and he doesnt care, but because he is close to me ive been there when we walked to the babby mamas house for him to see his son and they didnt welcome us very nicely, i was there when he delivered a birth day toy and it was damaged the very next day. i was there when he got a protection order openned against him because he wanted to see his kid so bad that he went to the house unannounced. These are very tough situations.

Such stories break my heart. Anyway I hope your friend has been been transferring money and keep proof of payments or slips. The money reference must be specific. Reference: Son Maintenance. School fees, Christmas deposit, son Laybay dip. He must never Eva give the month in cash. This is to have proof of his contribution to his child. Communication must be done via WhatsApp texts and voice notes. He must just do that for 12 months bra. Then approach the court for a formal legal arrangements.

hmmm. This interview made me realise something about this life. Sadly Siyabonga, some hurts are beyond an apology. If in a moment of anger and "wanting nothing to do with the other" some things are said or done that can never be taken back, no apology can erase the aftermath. A betrayal of trust where things are thrown in ones face that make people re-live childhood traumas or difficulties that they had no control over and tried all their lives to sort and work through leaves the other knowing for a fact that they want nothing to do with you. Just sharing, maybe a littel bit from a personal experience. It is even beyond wanting access to your child. I wonder how many things were said one to the other. Some words leave wounds that no amount of apologising can heal. I wiped away tears hearing you share about your difficulties with this lady. I wish you well and more than that I wish your daughter well.
