As a cook whose worked the flat top, her control and skills on the flat top can't be more appreciated. If I had 10 orders of anything I'd freak out. She handles it like its nothing.. And you can't truly appreciate it until you're in those shoes..

@bob Hertz I gave up travel years ago, when it became very clear that we were killing the planet (and spreading diseases, and inviting the horrors of globalism). Prior to that I lived in various countries, both my own First World country, and very poor Third World countries. I learned via experience, that cleanliness is first and foremost, honour. It has nothing to do with wealth, or technology. One of the cleanest peoples I've encountered (after Japanese and Koreans), are South East Asian Muslims, no matter how poor. And then you have English and Americans running filthy commercial kitchens.

I been basically quarantined for multiple years now for health reasons. This might sound kinda fucked up but it really is kinda nice knowing so many of you feel how I feel on a daily basis. Not that I wish this on anyone, don't get me wrong, it's just somewhat comforting knowing so many others now know what it's like to be me for a bit. Stay safe all and wash those hands!

You seriously can't wait 10 minutes? I've waited longer than that in line at McDonald's before and I doubt it's a fraction as tasty. That's pretty fast for 1 person making 10 sandwiches to be fair.
