Thank you for showing this, as i watched i realised that this will make a great gift for my husband to save him having to go to a local garage to get the tyre pressures done, he can now do it in the garage . brilliant piece of kit. I also laughed at the pumping too hard joke .lol

Good reminder to us all. I have a (different) 12v plug in pump. I invested in a long power extension cable. Otherwise its a lot of messing about moving the car to check both sides of the van or dragging air beds etc around.

Good point, great idea. I use the vans 12v on one side and the car on the other. Works quite well for us. 👍👍 Thanks for commenting. 😊

Nice bit of kit Karina & Jules, I have recently bought the Ryobi cordless inflator due to me having a lot of Ryobi tools! It’s exactly the same as the Maypole but with a battery. Thanks for sharing, Martin 🙂

I have just got a ryobi one I also use the battery for my drill sander saw and hedge timer the list goes on.

I’d recommend a tyre pressure monitor aswell as checking the pressure before a journey, we have the tyrepal, great bit of kit and will give an early warning should we pick up a puncture on the way 👍

Great video but as you no buying cheap buy twice had two of them don't last 5min buy one if you want to waste your money.. Good quality foot pump or compressor .

Great review guys looks like a great bit of kit, we do have a very old tyre inflator but I do fancy the rechargeable type, I could buy it for Karen's next birthday 😁 maybe not. Best wishes Jon and Karen

You'd be surprised how many people never check pressure or condition of tyres on their caravans mad when you think about all that weight etc rolling on thin rubber take notice folks sound advise guys👍

Yeah the gauge seems spot on. It is the same as what the car readings are so seem spot on. 👍👍

one thing i fined a pain is doing both sides .. as i dont have the room to get the car close .. do u know of any cheap cordless ones .

Chris Challoner Hi Chris I struggle with the same issues, I’ve found using the 12v socket in the caravan and passing the inflator through the kitchen window I can reach the offside of the caravan.

Were the double entendre meant? If so great, if not even better. My only concern with handheld devices like this would, because of the high vibration you could get white finger syndrome.😉👍 Carry on camping.

Not knocking your review guys, but in my opinion if you buy cheap you buy twice. If you are serious about tyre inflation then you need a product you can rely on, especially if you have a suv, 4x4 and caravan and you are on the road frequently. Invest in an ARB (CKMP12) 12V High Performance Portable Air Compressor, you can vehicle mount it in your engine bay or under your seat or keep it in the carry case, it will out last your car, Australian quality tested in the Outback deserts. Happy travels.
