if your washing machine has the 6 lights, like shown in the video then this is how to repair your Maytag, Whirlpool, Kenmore washing machine that is stuck in the wash cycle and wont drain the water out. Please be sure to follow the directions and recalibrate your machine as I show in the video. This is a important step in the repair. Thank you Holy Spirit and Thank you Ivan, so so so so much! The impeller on my pump literally had broken off, was loose, and causing a clicking sound. Water was not draining. Of all the videos I watched, yours was the one that helped me fix the washer, and make my wife very Happy! Also your link to the pump part was so very helpful. I ordered it for next day, installed and it worked beautifully.

Great video ,do you know anything about fridgedier washing machine? The wash and rinse lights are blinking and the machine won't start

How did you know the water pump was bad and not the actuator? I got one now won't spin same kind of washer.

Because the washer wouldn't move out of the "wash" cycle and the pump was very warm to the touch. Tub was full of water..

I have a Maytag washer error code F8 E1 . The washer fills and agitates for a few minutes then it will drain all the water . I replaced the valves and still doing the same thing. I recalibrated it 50 times and still keeps draining the water . I have the drain hose hooked up correctly too. Drain pump is clean from any scum or build up please help

I'm trying to figure out if my timer is bad or the pump. I did the left, right, left right right reset on rinse and it made some noises, added a little bit of water and then clicked off. Timer or pump needed?

The right left thing is only recalibrating your machine, so all the electronics are in sync. You would have to normally run a load after the recalibration to see where, if or when the machine had a problem. Then go from there.

You need to run the "automatic test" mode and then after that you run the error code mode to find out what the code was. The automatic test mode is entered into by starting on SPIN, not rinse. Rinse is for recalibration so you weren't doing it right. Spin is for automatic test and then do it again on DONE to find what your error code is.
