I have this washer. It's a POS. I've done all the repairs on it so that's why I still have it. Just replaced the splutch and belt as it was about to blow up. I couldn't believe all of the parts were plastic! Even the pulley on the motor was gouged up, but of course, whirlpool only sells the pully WITH the motor for a couple hundred bucks. Luckily, a 3rd party company makes the part for 10 bucks whick took 5 minutes to replace. I hope this video helps my leak and I think it will because the small leak started right after I did the repair. So I think the floor is not perfectly level. Here is hoping and wishing! Sir, if I could, I’d buy you a beer. My washer was doing this and the only thing I could figure was that it did did it more on cycles where the water load was higher…meaning the washer filled longer. I had this thing on its side, took the back off, checked every place where water would be…and you fixed my problem in 5 minutes. Thank you!!!

Got the same washer as yours. Been doing DIY for the past weeks. My issue was its making a split second grinding noice in the middle of the cycle. I the Replaced cam splutch kit, belt, and shift actuator. But still no luck. Now It’s leaking at the bottom. I wanted to replace the transmission but not sure it’s worth the money. Might as well buy a new one. But Buying the transmission would likely fix it.

I have this same exact piece of crap, mine is shaking violently. Replaced shocks and hub still shaking.
