This was right after they split, they recorded Bad Boys shortly before this. Mayte has said many times she does not like that lp and very much did not want to record it.That album did not sell well like the previous three. Everbody wanted Mayte & Maria together , but after Bad Boys they each wanted a solo career. So probably the last thing Mayte wanted to talk about was the split. From everything ive read and listened to,from the breakup untill Maria's death last year they had nothing but animosity for one another unfortunate.
