There is a huge possibility of margin increase and ROCE improvement in near future, however, key man risk is just too great. stock valuation will be ruined if this risk plays out. Great analysis Ishmohit, just like always, I liked the valuation comments!!

Biggest problem for Mayur is difference between Father and Son. Leadership is a big issue in this company. So twice son left the company and joined back due to illness of father

Revival of auto cycle will happen in near future and also this company has huge export opportunity now as china plus one strategy is working in favour of India's good companies.capex is already done so revenue growth must happen sooner...very much optimistic about this company now

Comprehensive analysis. As you rightly pointed out, succession is a key risk along with the revival of auto industry. Though there are signs of rebound in auto sector, Iam bit wary of the company's succession planning. Until this is clear, I will stay away from this stock. Not necessarily the biggest risk, sometimes in B2B businessess money gets stuck in Working capital. Eg: Vinati in 2019, Laurus in H1FY21. Need to understand how CFO works. Eg: Try doing a case study on Bharat Rasayan or Divis
