Saw a guy fighting for a regional championship try it middle of the 2nd round, but he was obviously didn't have the reaction time to pull it off. It didn't even look like he was trained to the point where it came naturally, it was stiff and awkward. He was KOed in the 3rd.

Floyd Mayweather jr is tbe because of Floyd Mayweather Sr. Floyd’s said it himself on several occasions. I love to see big Floyd sharing his wisdom with young fighters that are eager to soak it up. I never really cared much or even thought much of boxing until about a year and a half ago, since then I’ve lived and breathed boxing, I absolutely love the sport, it’s literally all I watch, the nfl used to be my favorite sport and the Cowboys my favorite team, they still are and I still like football, but I effing love boxing. There ain’t no comparison with boxing and football, or basketball, which is another of my previous favorite sports. Boxing baby, all day. I even got into the political parts of the sport of boxing, the promotional side, because when I get into something and have a passion for it I wanna go in 100% and learn everything I can and then some

The only legitimate punch to counter that style is a overhand right to the temple. Only punches that floyds gets caught with cleanly. And if you notice most his opponents are always trying the punch especially Maidana. But thanks to floyds impeccable defense and footwork he always manages to dodge it for the most part. But that's the only true weapon against the philly shell unless you're a South paw which then gives tou a few more punch options

Yea he has no hook either and leaves his gloves down a lot and doesn’t snap his punches back, he’s obviously just a child and has a lot to learn but in today’s age, some of these kids are super talented and skilled already at that age.

No offense to the trainers I did have, but if Floyd sr. had trained me in my teens I think my life would have gone down a very different path and I'd be a retired millionaire by now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe? It's awesome to seem him working with a green amature. He must see something in the kid. No matter how charitable good trainers try to be with their time they'll always find a few more rounds for the most dedicated and motivated. Or maybe the kid just has rich parents.
