Ingredients
4 cups long grain sells rice
1 cup sesame oil or any other oil
2 onions
1 kg lamb meat
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 Tbsp
How water 4 cups plus 2 cups
4 carrots
1 cup raisin
You can dum It on the stove top or oven
On medium to low heat
موادی لازم برای قابلی پلو ترکمنی
چهار گیلاس برنج سیله
روغن کنجد یا هر نوع روغن دیگر یک گیلاس
گوشت گوسفند یک کیلو
پیاز دو‌عدد
آب جوش چهار گیلاس و بعد دو گیلاس
نمک به قدر ضر‌ر‌ورت
زیره یک قاشق غ
زردک چهار عدد
کشمش یک پیاله
