He still have the scar from when was killed and his soul infused with the Red Crown. I think all the crowns are like a creature molded like a crown what represent the concept what they control how the Red Crown give the user power over death.

There’s just something very satisfying about watching someone be very smart and working through their problems logically.

So the monster represents the red crown because when lamb uses his powers the eye is absent. So that means the crown has its own being. So it’s sentient even without lamb. But if lamb were to get out I’m guessing they would have to kill or subdue the beast somehow… I dunno 🙂
