the "rust hurricane" is supposed to be "loose to hurricane" since some japanese people pronounce the l as r, it sounds like rust/rusty hurricane

"Rust hurricane" fits just right, I mean it is name of his attack, which is hurricane of corrosive stuff, so the name makes sense, and in case of song it fits with how his other attacks are mentioned

In 1:31, it actually is " Ima da dasun da, Loose the Hurricane!!" because that's the reference, in english, to the Hurricane weapon, a powerful wind that comes from the mouth of Mazinger. As the original singer of this song was japanese, it singed "roose the huricane", as the L sound does not exist in japanese.
